Description : The TPS54331 is a 28V, 3A non-synchronous buck converter that integrates a low Rds(on) high-side MOSFET. This device features a wide input voltage range of 3.5V to 28V and supports up to 3A of continuous output current. To enhance light-load efficiency, the pulse-skipping Eco-modeTM function is automatically activated. Furthermore, the 1μA shutdown supply current makes this device suitable for battery-powered applications. Current-mode control and internal slope compensation simplify external compensation calculations, reduce component count, and allow the use of ceramic output capacitors.
