Description : TPS543C20A is a 40A stackable synchronous buck converter featuring adaptive internal compensation. It operates with an input voltage range of 4V to 16V and an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V. Integrated with 3.4/0.9mΩ stacked NexFETTM power stages, it boasts lossless low-side current detection capabilities. The converter synchronizes to an external clock and/or synchronous output at a fixed frequency, and its switching frequency can be programmed through pin bonding, ranging from 300kHz to 1MHz in stacked mode.
